Spent a freakin long day over at Sentosa with Central. Learnt more than 10 names today! And I've managed to match unfamiliar faces with familiar names. Never had so much fun in a while, playing frisbee, war games, sumo wrestling, or simply gettin buried/dunked in the sea!

Haven't met my dear cousins for a few months if my memory didn't fail me. Tonight, watching the fireworks with all these people seems to be the rightestest decision I've made. (perhaps the influence from The Click) They are absolutely crazy about taking photos -.- Apparently Mr Big's To Be With You was the hippiest song during my cousin's pre-u first three months, which was like more than 15 years ago.. now I'm recollecting the bits and pieces of its former glamour =). The fireworks didn't last long, but its grandeur has definitely improved from the previous time I watched a National Day display, maybe a couple of year back. I pretty much like the twirling golden shower, which rained the whole sky. WoW.

Mouth-wash/tongue twiggling series

Today I learnt how great my Dad was, to be able to stand in the middle of a small road junction and direct traffic. Gosh you should have seen the traffic deadlock that paralysed the entire road hadn't my father and another kind soul take the initiative. The traffic was so much smoother afterwards, though it took a freakin long 30 minutes. I must say I'm darn proud of my Dad. I wouldn't be bothered to even do that if given the chance. Didn't understand y some idiots wud grunt at their turn to wait for the other side of the traffic to clear and demand their rights to go without following the signals. That just spoiled my day to see how unappreciative/uncourteous some people really are, but at the end of the day, nothing beats being rewarded with a tinge of heart-felt satisfaction.

Must also not forget, the incredible class lunch at Cafe Cartel yesterday. So full yet so unsatisfied with the amount of food we could have tasted! Tropical Bomb, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chunks.. arghh gettin hunger pangs le.

And I told myself, someday I'll climb up the spiritual ladder =)
